Consult NT was founded by Adam Walding after more than 25 years leading some of the Northern Territory's most significant infrastructure, capital works and government programs.
Having delivered multibillion-dollar infrastructure portfolios, whole-of-government reforms and more than 2,000 infrastructure, capital works and maintenance projects, Adam understands what it takes to deliver successful outcomes in complex environments.

As the Founder and Director of Consult NT, Adam brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience delivering complex projects, infrastructure programs and strategic initiatives across the Northern Territory.
Adam established Consult NT to provide organisations with the kind of advice he believes is often missing -

grounded in real-world experience.
Known for his straightforward approach and collaborative leadership style, Adam is passionate about helping organisations make confident decisions, deliver meaningful outcomes and build lasting capability.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and exploring both the Northern Territory and the wider world. He values the many community events that bring Territorians together and believes there’s no better place to live than the Territory, with its unique lifestyle and strong sense of community.
